Experience and Skills Required
• Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations within large-scale resort environments.
• Strong understanding of online distribution channels, digital marketing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry, with the capability to oversee four Centara properties in the Maldives.
